Attempts to address these problems with staff yielded little to no improvement. they seemed unresponsive and often dismissive of my concerns. Additionally, the noise from large tour groups made it difficult to rest and enjoy my stay.

Our Deluxe Double or Twin Room was spacious and kept super clean. The design was nice, making it comfy after a day out. We liked that they changed our bedding and towels regularly. Only downside was the cigarette smell that lingered in some areas, it was a bit annoying. But overall, the room felt like a nice refuge near the beach.
